Spring is here and its time to get your bike out and give it a polish. There is no more salt on the roads, which are warming up and you've got itchy fingers at every cold spring day when the sky is blue.

If your bike has been off the road for winter, then there are a few checks you should do. Some may have been done during your winter service, if you have been good enough to do it!

• Check oil
• Check clutch lever has not stiffened
• Check Tyre pressures
• Apply Chain Lube
• Check front AND back brakes
• Check Battery
• Check all lights and indicators
• Check your road tax

Last thing to do before you get on your bike is make sure you've got safety in mind.
